What’s next?

Questions are enivatible. Especially for your first session of anything. I’ve compiled a list of the most common questions I receive from clients before their first Pilates session. Don’t see your question on the list? Drop me a note.

  • All equipment will be provided, and it is wiped down between clients.

    Please wear form fitting comfortable clothes, that do not have external zippers, and please no hanging jewelry.

    Grip socks are required. If you do not own a pair, I will have some available for you to use (size permitting). If you would like to purchase a pair of grip socks, please visit the Shop page.

    Don’t forget your reusable water bottle!

  • Free street parking is available in the neighborhood.

    Please read all street sweeping other parking restriction signs.

  • There is a call box at the front door. Please scroll to find A. Rizzo and enter the code for me to buzz you in.

    If for some reason the box isn’t working, you will receive my cell number in your session confirmation email and can text/call me and I’ll come down to let you in.

    My unit is located on the second floor. After walking in through the front door, go up the stairs immediately in front of you and go to the left. Our unit is the first one on the left with a “Let it Snow” doormat.

  • There are no showers available.

  • No. The home studio space is small and not child-proof, nor is the apartment. Please arrange for child care during our session.

  • While I love dogs, there are two cats in the home that are not keen on them. Please do not bring your furry companion.

  • You will receive my cell number in your session confirmation email. Please call/text and leave a message if I do not answer.

    Once you arrive, we will complete an abbreviated session based on the time remaining for your booked slot.

    If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, you will be marked as a late cancellation and your payment will not be refunded.

  • I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel in advance of 24-hours, your session will be refunded and you can re-book on another day.

    If you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will be charged the amount of the session and marked as a Late Cancellation.

  • Please arrive at the front door no more than 5 minutes before our session.
