About
I began teaching Pilates in 2021 and continue to be inspired and motivated by my clients and how our bodies move and adapt.
My journey to Pilates and fitness came from my love of movement, whether it is dance, volleyball, snowboarding or cycling. I am also passionate about helping people discover pain-free and efficient movement that they can use in their daily lives.
I work with clients of all levels and abilities, from the beginner who has never done Pilates to the athlete who is turning to the Method to enhance their game, to the client who is looking for support post-injury. No matter your starting point, I’m here for you and we can work together to achieve your fitness goals.
My Pilates education spans over 500 hours, including comprehensive training through Polestar Pilates in 2019, which allowed me to become a NCPT Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. I have also completed trainings for the Konnector and CoreAlign with Balanced Body, earning my Integrated Movement Specialist certification. In 2024, I trained under Maria Leone at Bodyline Studios becoming a certified Balanced Body instructor.
I graduated Occidental College, where I played NCAA volleyball all four years. This led to my discovery and love for Pilates as a way to cross-train and strengthen my body to prevent injuries. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me on my bike riding all around Southern California (I completed the AIDS/Lifecycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles in 2022 and am planning to do the ride again in 2025). When I’m not on my bike, you can catch me in the mountains snowboarding or hiking depending on the season, or snuggling with my two black kitties, Lena and Dramora, who are fixtures in my home studio in Los Angeles.
